It has always been a secret wish of mine to own a piano, but having never been very musical myself, I've always thought of it as a bit of an unnecessary extravagance as who would ever play it? hmm....

If you've never seen an Axolotl before you are in for a treat.

When I first saw one of these little creatures I had to do a double take, 'omg a fish with hands!' I exclaimed to no one in particular (such was my suprise at seeing this little oddity).

It was in an aquarium at my local garden center, I would have adopted the little guy on the spot only I was also slightly freaked at the time, especially as the garden centre was not too far away from the local power station.

However after having spent the rest of that afternoon googling I now know the fish with hands was perfectly normal and known as an Axolotl and its actually not a fish but a type of Salamander.

So there you are, you learn something new everyday.
